Right now for me, it's still 2013.

For some people its still 2013 and for other 2014 barely began. You cant say it sucked it has not ended yet. You are setting yourself up for failure. That or you need a calendar since you got the year wrong.

I think it's going to be a GREAT year. First off, it's all even numbers (sorry to the odd numbers and the poster who feels sorry for the poor unloved odd numbers).
There's a 4 in there, a good strong number, as is 2, half of 4. Zero is kinda a cool un-number, don't you think? One is the loneliest number, they say, but he's really 14, so we'll give him a pass, this year.
And hey, I'm still alive, relatively healthy and I'll be celebrating tonite with my honey on a tropical island in the Caribbean (even fireworks at midnight). I bet I'll even get laid tonite, if I'm sober enough, yeah.
As I said, a great year!

2014 was a hardship. This year has got to be a little better right?

It's sucked some ass for me. Someone hit and run me on my birthday totaling my car. I deliver pizzas for a job so now I have to work in store where I'm stuck on the phones. Anytime anything goes wrong I get yelled at and I've dealt with a bunch of asshole customers. The girl I was talking to me hasn't talked to me at all this year. I was really starting to like her. 2013 had it's downs, but so far this year has been Hell for me.

I'm going to be really hypocritical for a second and say firstly that I agree with you. It does suck so far. But contradicting myself now.. It's not going to stop sucking unless you give it a chance and throw yourself into it. Make the best out of it.

2023 will suck even harder when the first 4 humans will go to mars to populate it

Yeah, I can totally relate :P Honestly, 2014 is just gonna be another year full of stress, and all that other "good" stuff. You're not the only one.
