leostar, PLEASE consult an anatomy book or website. Your navel does not lead to your bladder! From Wiki:

The umbilical cord forms in the fetus's second month of life.

After the baby is delivered, the four structures of the umbilical cord shrink and close up entirely. They turn into internal tendons or cords.

The two obliterated umbilical arteries run downwards to become the lateral umbilical ligaments, which JOINT WITH THE ARTERIES SUPPLYING THE BLADDER. (my comment: Arteries are like veins: BLOOD FLOWS THROUGH THEM THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY)

The obliterated umbilical VEIN...runs upwards and attaches the liver to the belly button.

Once you've been an air-breathing baby for a while, there should be no connection between your gut and your belly button.

LET ME TRANSLATE: It's NOT a hole. It's CLOSED. If you can stick a wire in your belly button and have it come out in your bladder, you've got a problem...why don't you try it!

If you are past the age of ten, you need to pick up a book. The only hole in your body that leads to your bladder is your urethra (where the pee comes out of your weenis). If that's smelly, please see a doctor.

PS - after anatomy, consult your English teacher: "yus" and "wether" are not words.

Wether how much you clean it the same smell will stay. Its a hole in your body that leads to your bladder.

Yes, particularly if your over-weight. As someone else said, it probably just means that you should dry your bellybutton with a cotton swab after showers.

There might be a yeast infection...You don't even need to go to a doctor, if you go to the drug store and tell the pharmacist your symptoms, they will tell you what to use. (I guess :S)

The trick is to dry it completely after you shower. If you let water day in there it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, and peee.u

Wash it with peroxide. Ive got an outie so this smelly button never applies to me.

  • That normally happens to people that have an 'inny' belly button. You just need to wash it out with like a cotton swap when you take a shower. And then it won't smell
