Is it normal....?

If you were to have broken your humor bone(arm), right under your joint, about 2 years ago, is it normal for it to pop or crack when you move it? This is happening to me I feel like its a whole nother joint. It feels like it can pop in and out, its so addicting, but is hurting more and more everyday.

I have a similar problem with my left wrist. When I twist it, it makes sounds as though the bones were clashing with each other.

I'd suggest you stopped doing it, but yes, the joints around the arm can be quite sinewy and cause the popping and cracking sound you may hear. Seeing as you have injured your arm previously, you may wish to get a doctor's opinion. If it is a major concern, and you continue to do this to your arm, then you may end up damaging yourself permanently. You may lose ability to use that arm entirely - do not take it lightly.

It's the humerus, lol. Not the humor bone.
