Is it my fault that my boyfriend looks down on himself?

My boyfriend and I have been dating 2 months now and before we started dating we were best friends.

But lately I have felt pressured to become a bettet girlfriend because he keeps on telling me he feel like I don't love him.

I can't stand at the thought of us breaking up and it makes me feel horrible.

He keeps telling me that he's just a idiot, pig and an asshole.

Is it my fault?

  • It's good to feel sympathy for people needing it, however when people start to rely on it so much or try to gain it because they are used to it, then I think it's a problem. He needs to try adapt and get better and sympathy alone won't do that, especially if he is relying on it too much and not trying to better himself.

The feminist establishment drove him to perpetual self-hatred. Not surprised it affected him.

Perhaps he just likes sympathy from you.

It's sounds to me like he has issues. Maybe even like he's using emotion as a form of control?
Speak openly about this before it becomes an issue.
