Is it just me, or has amazon gone to shit?

I've shopped on amazon quite a lot, easily spent near $10,000 there over the years. The past year I have noticed the quality of items has gone down. It's flooded with cheap Chinese junk and often the product suggestions I get from a search for an item come back with cheap junk listed first and name brands towards the end of the list (if at all). There's too many fake or moronic reviews so you can't even go by that anymore either. I used to be able to search for something and get great suggestions and was typically very pleased with the items I chose. I've hardly bought anything this year because it has become easier and more reliable to just go find what I want in person. I have even driven hours to shop instead of being able to order from amazon. Also, last month they tried to sneak a prime membership on me after I cancelled two weeks prior. What the heck?

    I love Amazon, where else can you buy an inflatable sex doll( phucked the hell out of her:), and a new hard drive in one order and it arrives two days later. I'm a prime member and get a lot of great stuff. Excellent prices, no shipping costs, and no dopey jerks to deal with at a store.

    I've had trouble using my account because I put in my home phone instead of my cell which is the one on my credit card.
    I got a gift card sent to me, and I want to see if I can get back in but am worried because I tried multiple times to send giftcards and now don't want them to all go through.

    Im still fucking pissed they deleted my mturk account like 5 years ago for no reason and their support for it sucks. Tried to contact them several times and it's a bunch of ESL dumbasses who don't know what they're doing. Mturk was fun as fuck and I had like 15$ on it.
