    Hard? Yes, very much so.
    Fair? Nope, not at all.
    Possible? Not sure. You can certainly _live_ as a straight person, but whether you can _be_ one, I don't know.

        Because it is a lie.

        If you aren't entirely sure about your homosexuality, if it could be bisexuality, then it's not the same, of course.

        But if you are 100% homosexual, pretending not to be equals to lying to your partner and lying to yourself.
