Is it going to work?

Apologies, this is more of a is it gonna work not IIN.
So some of you may know my other posts about an ex. But recently discovoured a new woman. She's a colleague, recently developed into a new friendship. But it hasn't stopped there. Im one of her bosses aswell. She made the first move of telling me she likes me after telling me there was someone at work she liked but didn't tell it all until 3 days later. Weve grown closer and closer and would both like to get together. But dont know how it will affect work. Leaving work at work and home at home is the key. But does it work? And i reckon it would be bad and awkward if we split up. Making work difficult

One of you needs to get a job at another company; or at least in a totally different division within the same company.

Thats the only way this could potentially work. Otherwise, at the first flareup that affects work one of you is likely going to be let go (although they may put you on a Performance Improvement Plan first... which 90% of people don't complete satisfactorily)

    • She won't leave the department. Unless she leaves the business. And if i go higher there'd be less contact but I'd be manager of that department.

That would be the perfect read.
