Why is it expected so much but only for men? For example: in order to be in a relationship, the man must be absolutely perfect in every aspect , financially, phisically, he must have a high wage job, must own a fancy car, must have everything way above average.
But about women, What do they bring to the table? What makes them worthy of so much effort?

Women are the ones who pick who they breed with. Most examples in nature will show you the same.

I think you're overstating it a little, but men have to be on their game more because the burden of pregnancy for women is much higher, so they have to be more picky.
I think you are personally get the whole idea wrong and many men do.
Real (not petty) women want a man to see all that stuff doesn't matter to us the way the media portrays.
Cars, seven figure jobs, self absorbed good looks don't really impress us.
What does impress us....men listening, showing up on time, encouraging women to be their best, supporting us, giving us compliments, not being physically, mentally, or sexually abusive, taking rezponiabilty for children, etc. Not acting like a child i.e. video games 24/7, living in your mom's basement and her waiting on you, being mentally independent from mommy.
I'd rather marry a trash man with a 30K a year salary and drives a Toyota Corolla who knows how to love and be romantic and respectful than I would ever marry a millionaire who plays video games all day and thinks about his appearance and reputation non stop.
Also, please don't be a work aholic i.e. married to your job.
Being successful doesn't help.

Come on. Are we even surprised that there's a growing contempt for women from men when they're being lied to just to facilitate this false idea that women don't have any superficial preferences in men? This would be like saying men don't care about looks.
Women just need to be attractive to get their foot in the door. If a woman makes good money most guys actually dont care. They would pick a girl whos attractive and works at McDonalds over a girl whos ugly and works in Silicon Valley. Guys are much simpler creatures than women.
You're exaggerating quite a bit. I'll 100% agree that men are far more accepting of women romantically than women are of men but not to the degree you're stating, although such "perfect men" would obviously have a far higher advantage with meeting women.

Where do you live where that kind of man is difficult to find? The guys in your area must be total garbage people
