Is it difficult to find a partner after relation break up

I'm guy who think its difficult to find a partner after my last break-up.I have had many girls in the past before my long 6 year relationship with one special girl. After that break-up I have tried to meet other girls but after 1-2 conversations that heartbroken feeling come's up.It never goes too the next level. Or I feel shy to talk with beautiful girls.I have been change after my last relation. Does it mean am not open for a relationship or should I wait my time wen I meet the right one?

    I think as we get older we become attuned to what qualities we want in a partner, and what are deal-breakers. Even unconsciously I think we recognize these, and that's what makes it harder to find the right person. It may be a cliche but you do find someone when you stop looking. Don't settle for someone who won't make you happy just so you won't be alone.

    I agree. But Theres something I think.. That if you meet that right person.. You will just know... After one of my 4. Year relationships I went on dates for about a year but there was always something I didn't like about the guy. Could be something stuipd like his laugh. Then one day I went on a date with the guy I'm dating now and bam we have been dating for 6 months. I think you will just know. It just takes time.

    i used to have boy after boy after boy. My boy friend dumped me a week ago and he's had 2 dates since. He now has a girlfriend. I probably wont date for a bit. im heartbroken.
