It's not rape with a dead body. That body is no longer a person, it's an inanimate object so you don't need consent. I'm obviously not defending it though, I'm just pointing out my opinion on a definition. You'd have to be sick in the head to want to do that, and a complete cunt when to the grieving family.

Technically rape yes, but not nearly as bad as raling a conscious person, so I do think it deserves a distinguished classification.
