Do friends do it discreetly?
It seems a taboo subject to ask amongst your straight male friends, particularly as the only gay of the group.

It's far more taboo for a guy to experiment than a female, so I don't think so unless we add in prison and military but...Well, you know what I mean. Not all of it is voluntary.
I would assume not. I would also assume men are far less likely to say they experimented, too. Until male homosexuality is accepted more, I doubt men will experiment even though they used to in history quite a bit.
Men do sexually experiment, but they're not going to admit it to other guys. It's easier for women to openly admit it because two females together are more accepted by society than two males together.
I was fwb with a guy a long time ago. He had a gay best friend and when I met his friend, I was sure that something was going on between them! It wouldn't have bothered me either way, but I never did find out or ask about it since he was not my bf and it wasn't any of my business. I just found it interesting was all.
