He says he has a dark secret and I'll be disgusted. I asked him is it sexua.l and he said yes and I keep thinking its r.ape. he was sexually abused as a child too. he wont tell me at all. Need to know what to do.

Only thing you can do is make sure he knows he can trust you.
When children get exposed to these stuff there's always an outcome. Hopefully, it's not something awful. Maybe some fetish for phallic objects or whatever.
If he wont say, then leave him be. He can can tell you when he's ready and he's clearly not.
If your relationship is going to be serious then he needs to tell you. He obviously wants to tell you otherwise he never would have mentioned it in the first place. Just give him some time.
It might not be that bad - some people's idea of "dark secret" is really tame. Then again, it could be something very dark so just be prepared.
