Is it against the law to defend yourself from the police?

Say you are Downtown with some friends and a nervous Cop tells you to get out of the street. You turn to say Okay and he instantly hits you with his Club. You grab your head and try to get away but he keeps coming. He and his fellow office get you on the ground and start beating the crap out of you, never actually trying to arrest you at all. The person feels like he is going to get beat to death. Can they try to stop the police? Can they fight for their life?

    For the most part its Sociopaths hired to arrest Sociopaths.

    Both law enforcement and criminals are Sociopaths.

    Oded here, this makes for a good random topic. I will share my view on said situation. If one feels that the only life they possess is in danger of the death penalty, then I would say that defending oneself is 100 percent necessity to a continual lifespan. Regardless of the law, however only if patron is believed to be near death should they weild the need of defense if you want to avoid going to prison. Such stipulations are unfortunate however can be avoided by being law abiding citizens. In other words, let us just all get along. It is the ultimate demise of high numbers of death tolls. That's just my nickel in the bucket.

      Problem with waiting until you feel like you 'might' die before fighting back is, you might be too close to death to be effective.

            Oded here, yes exactly that Gov. More so trying to achieve great quantities of wealth. I need not elaborate. The evidence is all laid out. In the end, just make money and one will achieve success and that is society.
