Is it a normal thing that my thoughts feel frozen?

I think about something and then I freeze thus meaning my thoughts feel as frozen as ice, I question myself why does it feel that way?

Have you ever experienced this kind of thing?

The ice in my thoughts decreases the temperature ( as in decreasing it to the point its a cold temperature )and I find it difficult to melt the ice in my thoughts. I'm sorry if this sounds really weird. Lately I have been having the feeling of that thought being frozen and I can't seem to defrost that.

    There's thoughts,
    There's feelings,
    There's behavior.

Stay active; accomplish stuff. Behavior is important.

Right... so I guess telling you to just "Let it go" is not adequate advice...

I'll show myself out now... but before I do that, I will say that it's normal to feel like you're on pause when you have to make a difficult decision. With me it's the opposite, I feel like I'm burning up. Still weird.

That is all, now I gotta split, cause there is a big snowman monster-thing that's about to crush me for using a dead/ dying meme!

    • I guess asking if you wanna build a snowman is out of the question 😇

  • That happens to me when I assess something that's important/critical or that makes me question something usually involving my choices

But for me, using your analogy, I freeze until it reaches a maxim and then I defrost as I rationalize how to handle it
