Wel, i hate my mother so much...i grew up with my granny in the rurals and only started livin with my mother when i was 14...through out all these years shes been against my every opinion in any given circumstance,shes never taken my side whenever i engage in a conflict with anybody in my family...her boyfriend disrespects me and when i retaliate she takes his side,shes neva been on my side no matter what,i am not always at fault but i know she just dont like me...i never knew my dad he died when i was a few months old and both my little brother and my older brother have their fathers and im thinkin that maybe its because of that...because i dont have anybody to support me financialy and my presence in the house doesnt make any money for her...this has made me a very arrogant person and i really dont like all of them. She has threatened to kick me out because i had went 2 a fortune teller...its really bad but i feel very isolated. Shes called me every bad thing on planet earth,stupid,said ive got eggs for brains etc

    Oh Honey, it's okay to dislike someone who treats you the way you described. Blood can't change that. But don't waste your energy on hating her. I wish I had some quick fix solution for you but I don't. Just try to be the best person you can be and focus on starting your life as an independent.

    The longer you stay in such a toxic situation the bigger the impact on your mental health. You could easily be inflicting permanent emotional damage on yourself by staying.

    I don't know your situation, and I know it can be hard (and unfortunately sometimes immediately impossible) to get out of a situation like that, but you need to do it. Your mom isn't going to do what's best for you. You're the only one that will.

    Maybe she's as disappointed in you as you are of her. That being said, she IS the adult, and ideally she should be the one to suck it up and put your feelings before her own.

    Not everyone has perfect parents, but we all manage to deal with it and bide our time until we are old enough to make it in the world on our own. Until then, you just have to live by the rules of the people paying your way through life. Hang in there.

    ^ great answer! There is no changing her mean and fast ass (fathers?). Simply be the best you that is possible and learn how NOT to be from the example she has set.

    What kind of eggs for brains? Over easy? Scrambled? Betcha its scrambled....mmmm scrambled eggs. Sorry im hungry right now. Anyhoo, its pretty common to hate your mother. I however, do not partake in this mother hating of yours. Im going to make breakfast, excuse me.
