Is it a bad thing to not like swearing?

When I say I don't like swearing, I don't mean other people or that it offends me. I don't mind other people swearing. But for some reason, I don't like swearing myself. I don't even really have to try not to, because it's not a habit. But when I have sworn, I don't know, I don't think it sounds good to me. I was raised around parents who swear constantly so I don't know how I never did it regularly. But it's something I usually don't do. Is that strange?

    I'm the same way myself, not sure why but I just don't swear and my friends are the same. I don't mind others swearing though and it doesn't offend me.

    I think cursing is fine on occasion as long as you don't do it around children or to be rude to someone. It can be quite funny at times. Sometimes I do it just to get my fucking point across.

    Yes it's normal. I get some people not liking the vulgarity of the swears or even how they roll off the tounge.

    Not strange at all. My last boss never swore, and he sounded more professional and intelligent, so I stopped swearing myself.
