I have been in love with someone who is "just a friend" for over a year. I can't help but dream that we are finally together. I've heard of people getting cozy with their pillows pretending it's that special someone (which I do every night), but I do it to walls too. I walk up to the wall and plant a long, passionate wet one, imagining it's my guy. It's a little physically awkward to do, but I also cuddle it, and caress what I pretend is his face and body.

    No its not. Isn't it better to get the real thing? Spend more time with the one you love, that will hopefully stop you from pretending the wall is them.

    This reminds me of when I first started dating my husband. After a night of hanging out, he left and I went to sleep in my mom's room. (embarassingly enough, yes, I slept in my mom's bed until 14) I opened my eyes in the middle of the night and saw my husband's face and started caressing it. His face disappeared and I realized it was my mom's hair. I freaked out hoping she didn't notice and turned over to fall asleep.

    6 years later (last year) I told her this story and she remembered the incident and admitted that she was very freaked out by it. :D We had a nice laugh about it.

    I guess that is normal lol maybe cut back abit as you are becoming abit obsessive. Most people fantasise about thier crushes though and practice incase something happens with them or for the future.
