You have a sinus infection and need anti-biotics. I'm not a doctor but I bet a doctor will diagnose this.
I had this same problem until I started gargling with peroxide. Apparently it was a strep throat, or an infection.
Never smoked ever. Drink lots of water and I usually get my five a day, although being better about that couldn't hurt. I asked a doctor about this a year ago and he blew it off, but I later found out that he wasn't very good for other people either. This has been going on for years and during that time I've had rounds of antibiotics for several other things but the phlegm is kind of a constant thing. Maybe I can try a natural remedy like using a neti pot every morning. For some reason I didn't consider sinuses as a source, so thank you!
Post Nasal Drip, maybe.....this can actually make your breath smell really bad!!!!
Start drinking more water, and eating fruits and veggies
Or go see a doc!!!
