Is is normal that i can dislocate both my shoulders on purpose?
Ever since i was a kid i could dislocate both of my shoulders then retract them with only making a small clicking sound. I havent found anyone else that can do this and its quite weird.

This sounds exactly like Joint Hypermobility Sydrome. I have the same things...extreme range of motion in most of my joints, elbows and knees "bend backwards", and ALL my joints crack and pop ALL THE TIME. Along with that is my joints dislocate and subloxate really easily...especially my shoulder joints, usually while I'm sleeping. Go see a rhumetologist to rule out other connective tissue disorders like Ehlers-Danlos, and they will also likely refer you to a physical therapist.
Okay, just don't do it too much like I did. I did that several times a day.
I used to do that to both my shoulders and knees. Now they hurt like hell from doing that so much. Now sometimes they pop out of joint when I don't want them to. Like, I reach for something or gesture really big, and bang, my shoulder's out of joint.
