i was born a boy but at the age of 16 I grew boobs and they started to hurt my back so I bought bras for myself (d 36) Then decided to dress as a girl or boy when ever I wanted however as a boy I still needed to wear a bra or they would sag/ hurt my back

    You may have gynecomastia. It's not that uncommon during puberty. There is treatment for it.
