Is he evil?
Does anyone else look at Elon Musk and see pure evil in his eyes? Between the colonizing of Mars and the Brain implant known as neuralink, I just see pure evil in his eyes

He has the right... Guy has his own space agency!
If I had my own spaceship, I'd be extremely cocky!
Yep smart guy, he owns his own space agency, Tesla, and a solarpower company. He only got 5 billion of your money to do it. That's just the US grants not counting other countries, interest free loans, tax breaks.
Should be your company but he, as I said was smart enought to figure out how to get the money even if nothing ever comes from the programs.
He's smart, he comes up with ideas, gets funding help starting them, then normally sells them.
He's actually one of the very few tech billionaires that I don't see any evil in. I feel the complete opposite as you.
He is a fraud. He reminds me of Liz Carmichael, "the Dale", the 20th Century Motor Corporation https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twentieth_Century_Motor_Car_Corporation
I find Bill Gates to be a bigger threat. No one buys 200,000 acres of farmland off hand. As much of a libertarian I like to think of myself as, I even have to admit when someone has too much power.
I kinda like the guy. He does some pretty cool stuff. Except the 'trying to colonize mars' stuff. That is stupid.
He's evil, but not for any of the things you described. His plans to colonize Mars and perfect brain-computer interfaces are not just amazing but _required_ for long-term survival as a species. He's a former hero of mine.
That he's evil is just an unfortunate side note to all that.
id let him run my company
i prolly wouldnt wanna be his friend though he seems kinda off
I think he’s a fascinating guy, I’ve never considered him evil before though. Perhaps I should re-watch some documentaries on him with that in mind and see how it feels. I always considered him amoral.
