I would not categorize drug use as normal for most people who want to have a happy healthy life. Excessive alcohol use can lead to illness and abusive behavior. I have had relationships with men who use drugs. They lie and spend most of their time trying to acquire drugs. They make terrible partners and it is, in the end, extremely stressful and depressing to be around them. None of this is "normal".

    Medicine use is normal. Illegal drug use is despicable, irresponsible, gregarious, improper, proletarian, obnoxious and quite frankly...Faggoty.

    drug use is normal but using it in any abusive way is not normal.
