    Maybe :}. It's said to be a wonderful thing. I've been drinking a teaspoon of it daily mixed in with 3-4 oz of water and I feel happier, more energetic, and not that I had chronic acne or anything but I haven't gotten a single pimple. I did have to stop temporarily because I got a cold and had a sore throat and acid + sore throats do not mix. I got two pimples the day after I stopped. Could be a coincidence but..I think not :}

    the best thing to rid yourself of dandruff is a short haircut and a vaccuum (that sounds retarded) but it works if you rough your hair up a little so that the dandruff isn't stuck to your scalp. this works for guys.. don't know about girls. i dont have dandruff or very little

    Well it's not dangerous or toxic and it is incredibly cheap so it can't hurt to try it first before spending lots of $$ on shampoos that may or may not work.

    Neutrogena T-Gel works, though, if you end up using a shampoo.

    Apple cider vinegar is great stuff. Most people I know use it as a general health tonic. But it works for many home remedies.

    If you put it on your head, you should add some pretty smelling essential oil to the rinse. You can also look for shampoo with tea tree oil. Just understand that the problem will not go away overnight so don't give up too quickly.

  • I've done it before. I wouldn't recomend trying it becaue it smells SO bad. It also makes your hair smell like wet dog. haha, but try head and shoulders or something.

    A lot of people use something acidic (vinegar or lemon juice) to treat dandruff. I've no idea if it works but I can tell you that it's safe. If you do use lemon juice and don't wash it out your hair will bleach in strong sunlight, though.
