I'm severely allergic to even the tiniest bit of chocolate! My whole back and both arms become a patchwork of hives. Anyone else react this way to chocolate or am I just the unluckiest girl on the planet? D:
A lot of people have allergies to chocolate sadly.
Sometimes its not the actual chocolate but the milk or sugar(though you sound like you have a true allergy rather than a food sensitivity.) I work in a chocolate shop and a lot of people who come in with their family say they cant eat it either because it makes them sick in their stomach or more commonly it gives them migraines.
I sometimes wish I was allergic to chocolate cause then I wouldn't eat so damn much of it...but that is another post.

Yeah my mom and sister are allergic as well in the same way.. But I've just never heard of a hive allergy to chocolate before they told me why I was so red and itchy.
i'm not allergic to chocolate, but sometimes my throat burns a little when i eat it. =0 that sucks about the hives, hope you find a kickass alternative
My friend is allergic to cocoa chocolate he gets sever head aches he can have white choc though
Well I get pretty severe headaches from certain types of chocolate and/or in large quantities. My friend's mother gets this as well. One of my other friends is lactose intolerant so he can't get near anything with milk in it or he'll get incredibly ill.
It's pretty normal I suppose, people's senses react differently to whatever is in the chocolate.
Not the unlickiest girl on the planet, I assure you. My neice has this trouble as well, and my nephew is allergic to the sun, so yah. lol Bright side= Your less likely to get fat
Yeah, I have a black friend who's allergic to chocolate. I always joke with him about it.
Hahaha yeah, I still eat it every once in a while but I end up paying for it for the next 24 hours. Well good to know other people weird out when they eat it. Still weird.
What's funny though is that only American schools in my country don't allow chocolate.That was pure torture for me back then,god i miss those days! =)
I used to work with someone who would have uncontrollable sneezing after chocolate. It didn't stop her though.
How does it kill you? Itchyness like me or something else? And yeah, I eat white chocolate instead but it doesn't quite cut it. xD
I'm so sorry to hear that. :( I can't live without chocolate! I can imagine how much pain you go through. Try looking for other sweets. Chocolate is great but it's not the only one. :)
