    If you're quite short, lean and small boned it's probably not that small for you.

    women worry about their weight and breasts like men worry about the size of their penis. It's all irrelevant! You're all beautiful the way you are people. Doesn't matter how big or small your body is. get out there and love somebody!

    Is it? I honestly have no idea. I wasn't aware that there were "chest requirements" for guys in the eyes of society. I have noticed them for women, though. Personally, I don't think you should worry about the "requirements". It is not mandatory for you to fit this description. If you are going to change something about yourself it should be for the right reasons, not the wrong. Do it for yourself, not for what society deems fit.
