Three years age difference is nothing. That is a senior going out with a freshman in high school. As a senior in high school I had a freshman girlfriend and so did a couple of my friends. No one said it was abnormal and her parents thought I was a cool guy. We also had sex whenever possible. Very normal.

theres nothing wrong or illegal with that situation because as you stated, you were not having sex. but what i do find strange is that you are still thinking about it 6 years later. maybe you should try to get over this and find another girl to be with. or if you cant do that then track this girl down and see if you can start a relationship again with her. if things dont work, you really need to let go.

Yeh, her mother threatened to 'take legal action'. I guess it was her mother's issues that got in the way as much as anything. It's messed with my head for a long time... so are you just roping me into an argument to try to make a point because i am not the only one on this post who doesnt see what the big deal is? alright yes legally an 18 year old is considered an adult but mentally they are still a kid. if a 40 year old touched a minor then of course i would be against it but they were just "kids". if you want me to say you are right and we should all live by your way of thinking then so be it, you are right and we should all live by how you think.

By Us law no it's not ok. She needs to be 16 to even say yes. I got screwed on that when I was 17, I was dating a 15 yr old. That was 10 yrs ago and we're still friends to this day.

You plainly said that it's ok to be in a relationship with a minor as long as you're not having sex. To which I responded that apparently you think it's ok for an adult and minor to have oral sex, or fool around or whatever you want to call it. I guess the word "illegal" is not in your vocabulary. Illegal means the majority of the populaion thinks it's immoral and as a result you will get in big trouble. So apparently you think like a criminal. Where America comes into this argument as being fat I'm not really understanding how that argument us applicable to this topic. Again, the only comment I'm interested in, from you, is how an adult fooling around with a minor is ok in your book because that is disturbing to me.

1. The "Bill Clinton" was referring to an "act" not an age.
2. An adult having any sort of sexual relationship with a minor is NOT an opinion. Last time I checked I don't recall a police officer catching an adult in that situation and saying "Oh I'm sorry. It's your opinion that it's ok to fool around with a minor? Don't worry about it then. And by the way, there is an elementary school around the corner if you get bored with that one. Have a nice day now." No. Doesn't happen. Ass gets thrown in jail and you end up on a public sexual preditor website. It IS a black and white situation.

Three years isn't that much except when one of the people is a legal adult and the other is a minor. Duh! It could land him in jail and on that pedophile website FOR LIFE. Wake up people!!
