Is 20 year age difference normal between friends?

Ok. So me and my bestfriend have about 20 years age difference in us. It does cause alot of problems for us because she is married and has kids and usually is always busy; unlike me i dont. And we have gotten really close over this past year and i never had a bestfriend or even a close family. So i love being around her and her family. Her husband and me dont get along very well and he is jealous of our friendship which i find ridcoulous; we dont really do anything with just us. Lately all we do is argue and i feel like we are falling apart. I dont know what to do. And how to stop being the way i have been for a year; i always go to her house everyweekend and usualy with them during the week so i thought i was kind of like the family. I dont want to cause problems but i dont want to lose the only bestfriend ive ever had. :(

    Just talk to your friend about how you feel. Age is just a number it doesn't matter

    try to give her space, dont visit that often or bother her and her family 2 much. i bet she still your friend but maybe her husband is putting pressure on her or telling her things so that she stops talking to you.

    20 years between age in friends is nothing. I've had friends 50 years older than me.

    To your specific concern, though, it sounds like you and her husband need to talk, and probably her and her husband also. If he is jealous of your friendship, thats really his problem, but it can cause, as you describe, all kinds of nasty side effects. Deal with it now and resolve it, or, unfortunately, move on. Nobody can hide an elephant in the closet forever.

    Try an put a bit of distance between u an your friend for a while. Maybe her an her hubby need some time.
