Is 621 miles too much for a long distance relationship

Is 621 miles worth entering into a long distance relationship? There's a guy I want to be with and I am unsure as to whether the distance is just much.

Yes, too much hassle 19

It depends on so many factors. The actual distance isn't such an important factor. It's how you manage it. How you manage the stress and loneliness. How you manage not having them with you when you need them, and not being with them when they need you. How patient you are. How openly you communicate. How willing you are to compromise. How willing one of you is to make the big move in the future - permanent long distance is not sustainable for 99% of people.

I think it depends on determination. How madly in love are you and can this love be sustained in the long run... Are you prepared to up and leave to be with this person?
For me long distance is a turn off because a some time ago I had to break it off as neither one of us were prepared to do so, we were very young. It hurt like hell and now I'm focusing on my partner close to home. In relationships like these you never know how serious the person is... My experience was painful but if you have a strong will you can find a way...

My ex and I were 700 miles apart for a full year before we married and after that he went on a couple deployments overseas so it CAN be done for a time.
