    Its middle class in most places. Low class in californian cities. Uppermiddle class in rural communities.

    If you are rich in a city you are rich practically everywhere else.

    Depends.

    If you live in an expensive city and run 2 cars and have a partner and 3 kids to support, then you're probably actually really struggling on that income.

    If you're combining your income with a partner who also earns $100,000 pa and you guys have no kids, no car and live in a cheap area then you're probably living a very upper middle class lifestyle.
