I want to introduce new sex stuff into mine and my girlfriends sex life. Things that she might be into, but might not be. Should I ask first or try jut try it and see how she reacts.

    If you're going to try things like anal sex, you better ask her first. Otherwise you're going to end up sleeping on the couch.

    Try it out unless it's super weird, in which case bring it up casually and see how your partner reacts.

    yup, ask her. definitely ask her. preferably when you're already 'going at it'. chances of her agreeing are higher that way.

    If you're both mature enough to be having sex in the first place, you should be mature enough to discuss it without shame.

    Why don't you both make a list of what you would like to try, and what you never ever want to try, and then what you aren't into but will try

    then you can tailor a list for the two of you of things to experiment with
