if you havent heard of it, theres a website called LOLCATS.COM... oh my god. i hate it so much. everyone thinks its sooo cute, and thats one thing. the thing that REALLY bothers me is that people have started talking like the language used on the website.

I think that this is kinda retarded. Language is defined by the people, so internet slang can still be considered a part of literature. Failure to accept this just means that you have an inability to adapt. Using internet slang is the same thing as using a new catchphrase (well, technically, they ARE catchphrases). The only people who have a reason to care are literature professors, and seeing that you probably aren't one, you should quit being lame.
