Hey there! Im a guy (bi) 18 years old and I've met the perfect guy! We are internet boyfriends (if you don't know what that means search it up in the urban dictionary) we've know each other for about 3 weeks and I really want to meet him in person, but I live in Australia, NSW and he lives in Australia, Canberra now I realise that isn't very far but it id when you don't drive... We have talked about meeting each other, going on dates kissing and hugging all the romantic stuff but i don't think it will happen for a while, as neither of us drive and I don't want him to find someone else before we actually meet, I'm obsessed with him but not like crazy I'm going to kill anyone you speak to obsessed just like I love you and want to be with you now... But is it normal for me to want someone so bad who I've met over the internet?? We talk a lot, snapchating, texting talking of Facebook and skypeing etc. but we just haven't met.. I want to hold him in my arms and just be with him, please leave me some advice, thanl you for your time

    Be safe when you meet him; make sure it's in a populated public place and someone else who you trust knows where you are/what you're doing.       I think I honestly might go crazy if that were to happen, I've been staying up till 6am for no reason, like iI cant sleep... My mind wont let me... And i think its because i haven' met him, I'm over thinking it..

    If you two do meet up be really careful, the internet can be weird place and you can never be 100% sure who's a catfish. Do you see his face when you Skype him? Have you added him on his 'real' Facebook or one with only internet friends? I don't mean to worry you, I've just seen a lot of people, usually boys around your age, get catfished by people who've lied about their age, life story and even whether they're male or female.

    Do what thisissomuchfun says and meet somewhere populated, maybe even bring someone with you the first time just to be safe. Hope it goes well whatever happens.
