If the fluid doesn't smell bad and she doesn't have itching or other symptoms of an infection, then what she does is normal for her.
Just as there's some variation in how much semen and pre-ejaculate men produce, so the amount of vaginal secretion produced by women varies.
I can't be bothered to look it up and confirm if my recollection is correct, but I believe the white fluid that some women produce when aroused is secreted by the Bartholin's glands which are just inside the opening of the vagina, while the clear vaginal lubricating fluid seeps from the walls of the vagina.
If you're a decent person, you won't ever say anything even slightly negative to your girlfriend about how her body works in this respect. Women have enough body-issue crap to deal with as it is without worrying that they might be producing too much vaginal lubrication. In fact, you should be happy that her body does what it does. Lack of lubrication is a serious problem for many women, and it can make them very reluctant to have sex since excessive friction makes intercourse painful.
...are you meaning like...the diaper rash cream, Sudocrem? The super thick zinc cream?
Uhh...
From a quick Google search:
"According to UpToDate, it's normal to have about one-half to one teaspoon (2 to 5 mL) daily of white or clear, mostly odorless, mucus-like discharge. You may feel wetter and have a higher sex-drive near ovulation, due to an increase in estrogen. Fertile cervical fluid around ovulation provides additional lubrication.Oct 23, 2017"
