They sometimes they come randomly, other times they come in conjunction with my sexual fantasies. Regardless the reason, they are so intense.

It's pure torture dealing with the waves of horniness that come out of nowhere. It takes forever for the feeling to go away, and my usual fantasising doesn't do anything. I have to wait it out.

These are the only times where I wish I had a penis. The reason being, that I could effectly masturbate and the feelings would go away.

I don't masturbate because, it does nothing for me. I don't go out and find some stranger to help me deal with it because, I'm celibate and taken.

Is this normal?

    It depends. If you're somewhere roughly around 16-20 years old, it's quite expected indeed (your hormones racing, etc.)

    Have you ever achieved orgasm, by masturbating or otherwise? It might be something you'll want to try and practice. Once you have the "feel" of what YOU like, it'll be easier and indeed more fun, and a great way to get rid of the horniness.

      I'm 19. I've tried masturbating but, it never was that fulfilling. I couldn't even achieve orgasm. I'd get to the point right before it but, it would never come. So, I gave it up. It was like I was numb down there. I could feel some things but, I never felt like I was getting the full premium package.

      Honestly, I don't feel like telling you because, it is highly personal and complicated. I don't think the average person could understand it. I won't go into the personal details, but I will tell you a little so you won't have the wrong impression.

      We have a highly unusual relationship. I am fine with this. We are both happy with this. It is a long distance relationship, we don't get to see eachother very often. I chose to take up celibacy because, as far as I'm concerned, this person is the only person I could ever see myself loving in such a deep way, I don't mind waiting and, part of it was the result of my spiritual practices. I'm Admitedly a masochist and by not doing anything for my horniness waves, it's like I'm torturing myself.

      I already have someone. I don't feel like I need to have sex at this point. If my partner wants to have sex, all she needs to do is ask me and I'll do it.

    I kinda know the feeling, sometimes I feel really intensely horny, and it takes so long to go away. Not saying porn is the answer, but I can masturbate to porn, and I basically cannot masturbate without porn (only the porn I actually like, it took a while to find that).
    Also, why celibate and taken?
