Instead of real food...
I have a bunch of those apps where you can make food (cupcakes, burgers, pizza, etc.) and sometimes, instead of eating, I make a meal ln one of the apps and skip the meal. Is that normal?

You should get an app that makes a salad. If you're not eating you should at least not eat healthily.
No, it's not normal, and I highly recommend not skipping more then one meal a day. i understand missing maybe lunch, but break fest and dinner are important. They keep you, for the most part, at least slightly healthy, and not eating means you do not get nutrients, that your body needs. I recommend making a steady diet, exercise, and become less addicted to phone use, due to how much it can drain your life away.
Not too healthy to do, but hey I don't eat all the time like I should either. Haha
