Inn to never go outside?

When I went through college, I was always stuck inside studying and studying, even if it was nice outside. Now that college is over, I still never go outside, even though I have a ton of free time. INN?

Are you pale and lacking in vitamin D? I must say that I know what you mean. It could be because of something like Agoraphobia or it could be Hikikomori.

The human body is not designed to stay indoors all of the time. The first problem that comes to mind is you will likely have a vitamin D deficiency, while you can get it from food the most efficient way to get it is for your skin to be exposed to sunlight. Sunlight also helps avoid certain types of depression - ironically the longer you avoid being outdoors the worse the depression becomes and the less you want to go out. There's also something about the health of your eyes, and probably a few other reasons.

If there's something in particular you dislike about being outdoors, there's probably a way of avoiding that issue and making the whole experience more pleasant. Maybe you prefer a natural setting, or being out at night (night time won't help you get the sunlight you need, but it will help you get used to the outdoors again.

Try to get outside at least 20 minutes a day to start, even if it's 5 minutes at a time. If that's unbearable, this whole thing might be more serious than simply being out if the habit.

Maybe you just love to be inside?
Maybe you just don't have something to do outside?
You need to learn yourself to go to spend time outside little by little, and then it'll be a habit. Just try it, don't stay inside, it's wrong. You have to be social.
