Inn to give a portrait of a girl i like if she has a boyfriend?

Okay listen up. So you like this girl. Great. But whether you like it or not she is with someone at the moment (and more importantly she is with your friend), so no matter what, telling her will not end well. Best case scenario; she says she likes you back, she breaks up with your friend and you two start dating, however in the process you hurt and betray your friend. Worst case scenario; she says she doesn't feel the same way, she doesn't want to see you anymore and your friend hates you for making a move on his girl. So the way I see it is no matter what you end up hurting your friend. Are you willing to do that? Be honest with yourself because this is important. More importantly you've only liked this girl for 4-5 months?! That's not that long bro- or at least not long enough to hurt your friend over. If you loved this girl for years than this would be different, but you only like her and it hasn't been that long. So my advice to you is don't tell her. Chances are she and your friend won't last that long anyways and when they break up that will be your time to talk to her. Until then, just be patient.
Now as for that drawing, it is totally sweet and romantic that you wanted to capture her beauty through your art and I applaud you for that...but for the love of god don't give it to her! A drawing is something you give the person you're dating, or a really good friend, or someone you're in love with- not the girl you've liked for a few months. Giving her that drawing will be a dead giveaway (and theres a chance she would find it creepy). Anyways, the moment you show her that drawing, she's gonna know how you feel and as I've said before, now is not the time. So keep the drawing, but don't show her it yet. If the two of you are lucky enough to end up together, than give it to her as a birthday present or something and tell her when you drew it because its a very sweet gesture that I'm sure she would adore it (just not at this moment).

The fact that it is your friend is probably more of a concern. Not sure, if I were you I would just do it or at least tell her, but it depends how close you are with her bf. This is probably bad advice.

As for the rest? Leave her alone if she has a BF . If you are her friend but keeps wishing for more, end it and tell her why.
