    They don't only do it while watching tv, that's just the only time you notice it. They're literally two little heat-factories; covered in hair. Not to mention they're stuck next to your thighs all day, and wrapped up under two layers of fabric. It get's itchy.

    Balls are pretty itchy things. Scratching them is pretty natural.
