    What kind of workshop? It wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, but you've gotta consider safety and sanitation. I like to weld and work with metal, I know whenever I have a workshop it'll be a brick building totally separate for my house. I can't risk my home getting blow'd up too.

    Why don't you make a home of where you work, that is if you owned your own business/building. I don't think you could pull it off if you worked in a corporate skyscraper.
