Inn that i have three trains of thought at once?

Hey guys! My name is Nikolai, and for some reason I can't find the answer to my question anywhere else on the internet. Here it is.
ever since I can remember, I had the ability to have up to three trains of thought at once. It was only until I was ten that I began to realize that my brain worked differently than everybody else's. I had assumed that everybody could do that, and that it was natural. I scored in the two percent of people under 18 when I had my IQ tested.
If you do not understand what I mean by 'up to three trains of thought at once', then imagine we were having a perfectly normal conversation. Say, (and I'm not accusing anyone of this) you were a smoker. You were smoking while we were talking. I'd seem to be giving you about seventy-five percent of my attention, and intently responding to you. You wouldn't notice, but I'd also be marveling at how many chemicals there are in your cigarette. I'd be listing them in my head, trying to remember some of which I had forgotten. Also, imagine we were eating lunch. Say you fancied apples. Remember, we are having a conversation during lunch which we are both participating in, you are smoking while I am, (in my head,) thinking about all of the terrible poison that is in the cigarette, and you are eating an apple. I also would be thinking about the fact that if you eat tons of apple seeds, day by day for a few years, you would die of the toxins in them. I am thinking of the cigarette, the apple, and participating in a conversation with you. Now, take in the part that this is what I subconsciously do every day, and have been doing so for all of my conscious life, (Or so I believe,) Thank you for reading. Please tell me, IIN?

As I was reading this, I was thinking about what you were saying and processing your objective...but the whole time I was also thinking:

This OP is obviously accusing me of being a smoker which is why he claims he's not. Is this post somehow aimed directly at me, being that I *am* actually a smoker? But not only that, OP is accusing me of being someone who smokes and eats apples at the same time. That just sounds disgusting! Anyway, why exactly did this OP feel the smoking example would come across as a personal attack? And what sort of yin and yang message is he/she trying to send with this healthy apple vs. deadly cigarette mumbo jumbo..why the juxtaposition? Is the apple being used as the classic symbol of the forbidden fruit?

All this is going on in my head, but I was listening the whole time, nodding and smiling in agreement and everything... so I look you deeply in the eyes and say, "it's normal, but I'm unsure whether IQ has much to do with it. Quit braggin!".

Bobby Fischer played 50 people at the same time and only lost 2 games. That is real multi-tasking.

It's not "normal" in the sense that it's not that common, but it's not weird or anything. Some people can do it, some people can't. You must great at multi-tasking.
