Inn for your feet to shrink?

My doctor said I'm still growing >_< and I can kind of tell....and I've noticed my feet to grow a .5 an inch every year from a 7, 7.7,8, 8.5. But when I've tried on my shows this past few months they've been getting bigger. I just measured my foot and it says 6.5!!!!! Is it normal to shrink? Because now some shoes are a bit big, and some of my old shoes fit!!?????!!!!
