Inn for obese mom to believe this?

My mom is morbidly obese & weighs near 20stone. I'm on a diet at the minute weighing just under 12stone ( 1 & a half stone over weight) anyhow my mom genuinely believes in her mind that i'm the obese one & shes actually slimmer than me. Is she crazy or is it just a simple case of skinny chick trapped in a fat chicks body? I eat healthy & she gourges on fastfood daily shes a hamburger away from heart failure INN??

    Not to be at all rude, but have you considered that she may indeed be "a hamburger away from heart failure" and that's exactly why she is doing it?
    You live in the UK I believe (stones weight?), so there should be some medical professionals you could talk to, to get help her.

    Eh, when I was younger, I had a roommate who was like 18 stones (I converted this shit) give me hell over my weight and I weight like 9.2-something. I'm not overweight, I don't even look overweight so I was confused.
