Incomplete circumcision?

When I masturbate, I cannot completely stroke from my base to the tip of my glans comfortably because the skin near the glans keeps moving and covering part of the glans. When I try going the other way, I get resistance from the same area of skin. Instead I have to stimulate the glans and shaft independently, if I stimulate the shaft at all. I find this strange because I'm circumcised. Is it possible that I could've had an incomplete circumcision, or is this normal to experience?

Some people are circumsized higher up or lower. My doctor actually circumsized me too low I believe. I wish he had cut less off if that makes sense

Partial circumcision is a common medical practice usually used in cases when the patient has things like phimosis or paraphimosis. However, it is possible that fully circumcised penises act the way you've described; I wouldn't know because I'm not circumcised.

    • Well, when you masturbate, does your foreskin ever cover the glans?

        • Well, good on you, then. Doesn't help me very much, but good on you.

When erect, uncircumcised foreskin does not cover the glans unless pushed over it, when not erect, it covers the glans unless pulled back.

Are you sure your circumcised? That doesn’t really sound like it?

    • I mean, nothing's covered when I'm flaccid, so I'd assume so. It's only when I masturbate that the head gets covered.

From my experience (been with guys who are cut and uncut) if the tip isn't covered (and your not a big/fat guy.. no offence if you are) when your flaccid.. then your cut...
But it is a little weird that it gets covered when it's erect..
May have had dodgy circumcision?? That's the best guess I have...

        • While I could certainly be in better shape, I'm not overweight if that's what you mean, so no offense taken.

It's not that it gets covered when I'm erect, it's just that there's some loose skin near the glans that moves when I try stroking my shaft, and it covers the underside of the glans when I stroke upwards and stops me from going further.

I think I understand when you talk bout the 'glands' but I think it may be normal to have skin.. all I can suggest is (If you can) pull the skin on your shaft down to the base of your c*** with one hand and pump away with the other.. I used to do similar with my ex and he fkn loved it!! And he was circumcised.. used to call it the double hander/pumper lol
If you can get someone to help get them to lube it up and jerk you off with both hands

            • Thanks, that actually helped. I think the problem is actually that I have a mildly webbed penis, so the skin moves more easily. So it has nothing to do with my foreskin or lack thereof.

Also, "glans," not "glands". It's the technical term for the head of the penis.
