In what order should people first be permitted to do these things?

In my country, you can legally have sex at 16, drive at 17, and drink at 18. Other countries have different laws.

Forgetting the law of your country and think independently of what you are used to, if you were setting up a new state, which order do you think people should be permitted to carry out these activities?

    None of the above choices.
    All three of the above should be lawful only with ability and aptitude.
    I disfavor any laws which discriminate due to age, and are then (after attaining that age), perceived as 'rights', rather than 'responsibilities'.

    People should have to get permits to breed. Its sure a greater commitment requiring more of everything than driving. And way too many unqualified morons do it thoroughly unsuccessfully, producing offspring who continue the pattern. Bleh. Is this relevent? Sorry to rant.

    I say kids should be allowed to them all when they start menstruating and growing pubes.

    If they bleed let 'em breed! :)
