In photographs one eye is smaller than the other

I think I've had this since I was born, but whenever I smile my right eye seems more smaller than my left, in a way that it squints. When doing my makeup in the morning, my eyes almost seem even ( I understand that no one is symmetrical) I was wandering is there exercises or something to get them to as close as even as possible. I am really insecure about this, so tend to stay away from cameras.

I have that too to some degree and so do a lot of people. Maybe facial muscle exercises could help?

I have that too. Especially when I was younger.

It could be that the eye that appears smaller is actually sensitive from the light of the flash setting the camera. When flash goes off, that eye squints out of sensitivity, causing it to appear smaller.
