so exactly wheres this office located?
i thinks i should judge for myself
oh know you are not serious that someone would lower their self worth by ending up in your office wearing pyjamas: Oh that certainly should mean a code of dress should be posted in your office: I am sure they are freshly laundered and clean not the one's they jumped out of bed in and they have their undies on and are not see through ones
I agree.
It's like the guys aren't allowed to fox whistle or anything like that (sexual harassment in the office) but the women can tease the hell out of them!
Plus the women who don't have hot asses or who don't actually want to parade themselves around shouldn't have to put up with these tarts :D
Its almost impossible to follow a strict dress code because even with a dress code people push the limits.....if you are dealing with the public or clients or customers , it is not acceptable to be letting your junk hang out
Dress code is important at least the policy of having one allows staff to be discreet and adult about what they dress: Generally most observe it but occassionally it is abused but I would not aggree with you: It is not acceptable to be letting your junk hang: No parts of yours or my anatomy is junk: beauty itself I like and love my body parts being a male I guess I don't let those parts hang out: breasts boob bottoms etc are beauty parts not junk discretion is the norm
I work in an office without a dress code but it is an unspoken rule that women are expected to follow business casual to proper business clothing. I have only ever seen once a woman wearing a really short skirt and a revealing top, and she received frowning looks from colleagues on our floor.
I think that dressing appropriately for the office goes beyond dress code: it's respecting yourself and showing that you deserve respect from your peers.
I would never picture myself dressing as if I were to go clubbing when going to work. I want to be respected by my male colleagues and know full well that dressing like a sl*t would do just the opposite.
So no, the dress code being trashed in your office isn't normal. But the women not respecting themselves enough to dress appropriately sure as hell aren't either.
