Im worried

so my girlfriend is pregnant im in my 20s and she is in her 40s it wasn't planned but it happened, now im happy at the thought of being a father but im worried that the baby might have some problems. I've heard that the older a women is there is a high chance of some kind of defect I will still love the baby regardless but its depressing to think about. is this normal?

Rules for success . No kids. No marriage. Do yourself a favor and flush it out

How certain are you that she did not want to be pregnant?

My dad always told me when i was a kid "flush your condoms son, some woman will shove that shit right back into their vaginas if you leave it in the rubbish bin"

Now that I think of it, maybe I'm a rubbish bin baby lmao. My mom probably would pull that shit on him cause he's such a stud lmfao. Im already a "bastard child" so it ain't that far of a stretch.
God, my father has no filter i think he probably told me that shit when i was like 13, he so wanted me to be as much of a player as him lol.

oh ya back to the OP , you'll be alright bro! just be a good father and live on, A baby in the mix does change a lot for your life, but there isn't any need to fall in the rut as many do and call your life off, just be a cool af dad an do fun stuff all together.

Yeah. Eggs age dude. Most people have having kids later in life. It shouldn't be too bad.

You fucked up. You gotta man up now and take care of the kid. Dont be a deadbeat.

It's definitely not normal to be happy about having a baby or plan on loving it at this stage

Its normal to feel anxious about it but your girlfriend is still young and I know some mommy's still try to be pregnant at 45.

  • My mother had me at 46 or 47. I've never had any serious health problems. The possibility was real, but it didn't happen in my case.
