Dont worry about forgetting stuff after death, because well... you wont know shit when it happens, you remember anything before you was born? no? well thats what death is like

My Friend, death comes to us all, it's a part of life one must take. I understand why you are afraid, but listen to me, you must not spend your life afraid of death, If it's one thing we must never be afraid of, it's death. that's why you must enjoy your life to the fullest, enjoy your times with your family and friends, focus in the positive things in life, always be happy in life. What you need, is you need to learn to accept death, accept it, then your life will be much better, you will never fear evil and death, trust me, but if you don't, then you would spend every week thinking about death, crying (trust me it happened to me, honestly), not wanting to go anywhere where there are risk of dying (plane, etc). Just live your life, please, don't torment yourself with the thoughts of death.

I hope evrything goes well for you.

Oh, and yes this thought is 100%% normal

It's called being human. No one likes death, except for people have had terrible lifes. So it's better to fear death than embrace it. Trust me.

The thing that scares me is not having the experiences I want. Not be able to see stuff that happens. So much being missed out on.

okay it is normal, although not for me. i embrace death and no im not emo, im 15 and a very happy girl, but it will happen. Srry for this obvious realization, but it will. Its nothing to be afraid of, when you die you are released from your restaints.

I am not saying that anything other than dying naturally is good, but when it happens and there is nothing u can do embrace it.

Really love the life you have on this earth while you have it, and have no regrets. Then you will have nothing to fear.

    • You can't just GET religion.

you have to find a place for god in your life first.

Then, you can find a suitable religion that you most understand.

You are not going to forgot things when die. We all are eternal beings. There are some people nowadays that say you are just an animal and will finish, but that's not true; it is a materialist view. We are eternal spirits and I'm sure to say you need to find God. HE will bring peace to your heart.

Well, can't say I'm NOT weary or at least curious about death. Any living person is going to have a hard time telling you what it's like to die even if they've somehow been there...hello?

However, if you've ever experienced some form of near-death, out-of-body, transcendental meditation/astral projection experience you'll get an idea of the connection of the soul/consciousness with the physical body. You don't have to let anyone sell you the Heaven/Hell group discount ticket, nor do you have to believe that this is all there is...

Whatever it is, don't let fear drag you down to an untimely grave. Turn your fear into an investigation.

MY advice wud be to just take death as it is ..it is a naturally occuring thing ,and will eventually happen to everyone ...Dont think what happens after it.. just think of it as itself and nothing more..........

nobody likes to think about dying but if its bothering you so much you could be suffering from an anxiety disorder so tell your doctor, regards Phil.

  • Sometimes think about the coolest way you could possibly die and it makes it alot better

    • I don't think there is any "cool" way for someone to die. >_> Oh, and by the way, how does thinking of a cool way to die make you feel better?? I don't think it would make one feel better, it would probably make them feel tons worse.
Honestly, dying is a horrid thought to think of, especially if you assume there is no afterlife. Well nobody knows, it's one of life's greatest mysteries.
It's normal to think of these thoughts, and if somebody was at the point where it was so bad then they probably should go see the doctor.
