Im getting so fatttt!! :(

Is it normal that i absolutely hate the way i feel. I was recently in something that made me gain alot of weight i hate it! all my friends eat alot so i do too but while they stay skinny i get fatter yet. is it normal to feel sad all the time and wish that i never had to eat?

    My friend eats way more than me, but he stays normal while I gain a stone :( Try to limit the food amounts, turn away from junk food for a while and consume half of what ur friends eat while also exercising and you'll see the results slowly but surely. It worked on me! :)

    Try speeding up your metabolism this is not starving yourself but tells your body you dont need to store fat because your not starving. This means eating 5-6 meals consisting of 100-300 calorie meals every 2-3 hours. the good thing is you cant eat above your daily reccomendation too! But if its self esteem, excercise can do wonders, whyd you think rveryone says so! I just hope you become annorexic over this.

    Exercise and lay off the junk food you can eat alot just make sure its good for u and u burn it off

    Bahh...I know what you mean...Ive been home from college for two weeks and already gained like 3lbs...which might not sound like alot but it's only been 2 weeks...anyway theres a number of reasons your friends may be like that ..metabolism (everyone handles fat/calories differently), the may exersize alot even if they dont really mention it , but the main one is eating habbits, they might be social eaters kinda like a social drinker, only eat alot when they are around friends and eat less they are on their own. Don't compair yourself to them...eat when you are hungery and what YOUR body needs(This is tough and takes practice)forget about how your friends eat, do what's right for you.
    W/e you do dont stop eating, eat healthy in non social situations and just be cautious of how much you eat when you are with friends. I'm sure you look great and are more fit then you think you are...unless your health is in danger dont worry so much about it.

    You could start with a Pilates DVD each day the Pilaties for Dummies one is cheap online and really good. It means you can exercise in private till you feel more confident to head down to the pool.

    Try eating three meals a day or less. Eat only when you're hungry and exercise between meals (at least three times a week) and I promise you will lose weight.
