Im constantly trying to impress people around me?

sup. whenever i go to public places i usually try to make myself look cool. especially around girls, i pretend im the hottest guy. but when im alone i always find small things to hate about myself just so i dont get cocky?

    I don't care about what others think. I'm happy with who I am and never try to impress anyone at all. I watch from the sides and don't usually get involved but if I have something to say - I say it. Confidence is attractive and impressive all by itself. If you like and respect yourself others will do too automatically. Often people who try to impress others come off as annoying instead of being popular. Beware!

    Just be YOU as much as you can.You don't need to impress anyone.

    I feel the same, except I'm a girl. Maybe you had some really bad expirence and were embarrased horribly, so you act that way to stop it from happening again.
    I dunno. I just do it automatically.
